Here's what to do next: 

1. Check your email for an email from me (Christy Keating at The Heartful Parent); if it is not in your inbox within the next 5-10 minutes, please check your junk/spam folder and add me to your contacts. You don't want to miss updates and information!
2. Head over to Facebook and join our private group for the UPstander Challenge: https://www.facebook.com/groups/upstanderchallenge; this is a private group for registered participants only. 
3. Once you are in the FB group, please introduce yourself to the other members--let's get to know one another! 
4. Mark your calendars for 1pm each day from October 26 - to October 30--that's when I go LIVE in the group!
